    Who can take part in this promotion?

    You can take part in the promotion if you are a South African Resident.

    How to enter ?
    1. To enter the competition, you are required to –

    1.2       share ULIST Page on Facebook with 5 Friends and get those 5 Friends to LIKE UListSA

    1.3       comment DONE with your email address and contact number or Inbox us on Facebook if you concerned with confidentiality.

    Users will automatically be entered into the draw once they have performed all of the above.

    The following persons may not take part in this promotion:

    Directors, members, employees, agents of, or consultants to ULIST, their promotional/competition partners, their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families, including spouses, life partners, parents, children and siblings.

    Any supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition.

    Prizes

    There will be 1 winner over this period. The winner will receive 2 tickets to the Justin Bieber 17 May 2017 Concert at the Cape Town Stadium in Cape Town, South Africa.

    How are winners chosen?

    The winner will be automatically chosen by random draw if the person is registered as set out under “How to enter” above.

    How and when will the winners be announced?

    The winner will be notified by telephone and email. The prize will be delivered to the winner by courier service within 30 days of the winner being announced.

    If we are unable to contact the winner telephonically within a 14 day period, then a new winner will be drawn and this winner will be the person who enters as set out under “How to enter”.

  • ULIST can postpone the draw to another date. If the competition draw is postponed, the new draw date will be published on the following website,ulist.co.za.
  • Prize winners may be asked to participate in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes (at no fee) at a venue as determined by ULIST. The prize winner will have the right to refuse to do this.
  • ULIST’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • ULIST has the right to end this competition at any time without notice to you. If this happens, you agree to waive (give up) any rights that you may have about this promotion and acknowledge that you will have no claim or rights against ULIST.
  • ULIST reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion at any time. Changes will be published on https://ulist.co.za. For informational purposes only, the date the rules were last amended is recorded above.
  • The clauses in these rules are severable. This means that if any clause in these rules is found to be unlawful, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will still apply.
  • Where any dates or times need to be calculated, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
